BOBBY SPEIRS
moved into second place in the Winter League placings on Saturday after
the 12-handicapper led the field in the latest round of the stableford
competition with 40 points. However title favourite John Kernaghan (10)
maintained an 11-point lead when he improved his tally by finishing
second on Saturday with 37 points. David Bryden (7) was third on 34
with Gordon Little (15) next on 33.
