JOHN KERNAGHAN found top form again on Saturday when he weathered the blustery conditions better than his clubmates to score a creditable 40 points. The 12-handicapper was two clear of nearest challenger Cammy Middleton (8) on 38 with John Stewart (22) and John Bunyan (18), both on 37. Round eight of the stableford competition takes place tomorrow with the usual 8.30am ballot.
